We’re building something inside Beyond the Neighborhood—and it starts with a simple question:
Who could use this more than me?
It’s the question that sparked a grassroots movement over 20 years ago, when one woman turned her unopened gifts into acts of kindness for seniors in public housing. One flyer. Ten thousand gifts later, it’s still growing.
Now, we’re launching our own version—a kindness movement rooted in giving, regifting, and paying attention to the people around us.
No big campaign. No donation drive.
Just an invitation to notice… and to give.
The next edition of Beyond the Neighborhood drops Tuesday, and it’ll include the first small step:
👉 A poll to help us name this movement.
It’s not just a newsletter. It’s momentum. And we'd love to have you in it from the ground up.
